Standard UK Delivery
Standard delivery will be with you in 2-3 working days, subject to availability.
Deliveries are undertaken Monday to Friday only, excluding bank holidays.

Premium UK Next Day Delivery
With you the working day after placing your order, as long as it is placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday. (Excludes delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.)
You will also receive a 1 hour window in which your parcel will be delivered.

Saturday UK Delivery
Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed by 12 noon on Friday. Orders placed after 12 noon will be delivered the following Saturday.

Orders for delivery within the EU (excluding Cyprus & Canary Islands) will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Collect From Store
We have retail outlets in Byfleet, Ewell and Richmond. Should you live locally to one of our stores, you can collect your order there, free of delivery charge.
Order for store collection must be placed 2 working days before the collection date.
